My stay at the D Hotel was simply delightful. The room overlooked the river Boyne and provided a lovely view of the river and the Viaduct. Although I didn't see the standard doubles, this upgraded room was definitely worth it for the view. The location was perfect, right beside a shopping center and within 5 minutes walking distance to the town center. Breakfast was great with lots of hot foods and fresh fruit and yogurt, but a bit disorganized and chaotic. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few quirks.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were gorgeous, overlooking the Boyne River from the 3rd floor, and spacious enough for me and my 3 young kids, but they didn't quite meet my expectations. The service was top-notch, with staff being extremely helpful, even after I had left. The location on the mall was perfect for shopping, and the proximity to Funtasia Waterpark was a big plus. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with lovely food but some disorganization. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
